Garlic should be kept in a cool, dark, dry place. This is really nice for the counter in the kitchen that doesn’t get direct sunlight. The garlic stays fresh for a long, long time in a keeper. Much better then putting it in the fridge as it grows green shoots and loses it’s freshness. Plus, it is pretty on the counter top. Stoneware. 5.5” H to top of handle, 3 3/4” W. Emeraude.
