The Seder plate is stoneware and is both handbuilt and thrown. It is a collaboration between my husband and myself. Bill Muller is the owner of Big Wheel Press Studio, located in Easthampton, Ma. The hebrew letters were created on a 100 year old press in his studio. The imprint of the letters is recessed in the clay, like an engraving. The letterpress card that accompanies the plate is made by Big Wheel Press. This is truly a labor of love.
