Large Plate/Platter measures from 11.5”, 11.75” 12”. I have made them in all three sizes, the center is always the same size, it’s just the rim being slightly wider. The surface area is sizable as the rim is smaller than the 10.75” plate. They are microwaveable, dishwasher safe and can go in a warming drawer if starting at room temp. Oven proof, if starting from a cold oven. The dessert plate/salad plate that is 8.5” or even the 8.75” dessert plate goes very nicely with it. Stoneware.
