has been a ceramic artist for over a decade, both teaching in art centers
and producing her own original work. She maintains a private studio
in Easthampton, Massachusetts. Alexandra draws inspiration from the
ceramic vessels of ancient cultures and from her natural surroundings.
Simplicity and the use of color inform her work.
received her B.A. in Art from Washington College, Maryland and her M.A.
in The History of Art and Architecture from Harvard University.
